Someone who is non-judgemental, realistic and supportive in a relaxed environment? Sometimes you need to take a step back, give yourself a moment to assess and re assess. We are great listeners and will help you to concentrate on what you are achieving as well as suggesting tools and techniques to help.By talking and listening we can help to reinforce your confidence and skills as a parent, supporting parents to support their child and supporting the child too.

Divorce / separation / step parenting guidance

Are you going through a divorce or separation? Do you need some guidance on how to travel this tricky road without too much of a negative impact on your child or children? Sometimes you need to talk to an impartial listener or you may be looking for guidance or even a parenting plan. We can help both the parents and the children.

Return to work

Maternity/paternity leave ending? Anxious about leaving your child? Feeling out of touch at work? Returning to a different role? Let’s work through together how to get a successful balance from work and home.

Parental training

Being a parent is one of the most important and personal experiences you can undertake. There’s no parent manual, no training and we have to learn as we go however as no two days are ever the same that is a constantly moving field. We can help with personal and practical advice on a variety of areas connected with raising children, teenagers and family life.

Life balance

Trying to do it everything for everyone? Feeling as though you are failing at everything? Feeling guilty? We can help and you will leave with renewed vigour, a plan to achieve a work/life balance and the reassurance that no parent is perfect.

Feeling alone

Being a parent can be lonely, at times. Seeing other parents looking as though they are coping can stop you from wanting to socialise. We will help you to come out of your shell and tackle parenthood in the open whilst socialising and learning from each other.

Stressed

Feeling overwhelmed? Wracked with guilt for not being the ‘perfect’ parent? All parents can feel that they are not getting it right at times. Asking for help or advice does not make you a bad parent. In fact, quite the opposite. Sometimes you just need to have confirmation that you are doing the right thing.

Same sex parents

The gender of each parent is not important, it is the love and security provided for the child that matters. It seems the only disadvantage that children may face from having same-sex parents is experiencing bullying or discrimination. Let us help you guide schools, friends, family through talking about family diversity and inclusivity.

Support for the child

Children need to talk too. We have years of experience in guiding and supporting children successfully through a variety of life issues.
